Für alle Buchungen und Behandlungen bei Prime Thai by Thunchanok in Graz gelten die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Mit Ihrer Buchung erklären Sie sich mit diesen AGB einverstanden.
1. Vertragspartner
Vertragspartner ist Prime Thai by Thunchanok, [Straße], [PLZ] Graz. Der Vertrag kommt durch Bestätigung Ihrer Buchung per E-Mail oder Telefon zustande.
2. Leistungsumfang
Wir bieten traditionelle thailändische Massagen sowie Wellness-Behandlungen an. Unsere Behandlungen ersetzen keine ärztliche oder physiotherapeutische Therapie und dienen ausschließlich der Entspannung und dem Wohlbefinden.
3. Preise und Zahlung
Es gelten die auf der Website ausgewiesenen Preise inkl. gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer. Die Zahlung erfolgt vor Ort in bar, per Bankomat- oder Kreditkarte.
4. Stornierung und Nichterscheinen
Bitte sagen Sie Termine, die Sie nicht wahrnehmen können, spätestens [24] Stunden vor Beginn ab. Bei kurzfristigerer Absage oder Nichterscheinen behalten wir uns vor, [50 %] des Behandlungspreises als Ausfallsentschädigung in Rechnung zu stellen.
5. Verspätung
Bei Verspätung verkürzt sich die Behandlungszeit entsprechend; der volle Behandlungspreis wird verrechnet.
6. Gesundheitshinweise
Bitte informieren Sie uns vor Behandlungsbeginn über bestehende Erkrankungen, Schwangerschaft, Operationen, Bluthochdruck, Hauterkrankungen oder sonstige gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen. In bestimmten Fällen können wir eine Behandlung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ablehnen.
7. Haftung
Wir haften nur für Schäden, die auf grob fahrlässigem oder vorsätzlichem Verhalten unsererseits beruhen. Für mitgebrachte Wertgegenstände wird keine Haftung übernommen.
8. Hausrecht
Erotik-, sexuelle oder anzügliche Anfragen werden nicht toleriert. Wir behalten uns vor, entsprechende Gäste ohne Rückerstattung von der Behandlung auszuschließen und Hausverbot auszusprechen.
9. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt ausschließlich österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, Graz.
10. Salvatorische Klausel
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
